Autocomplete Grading (End of Semester)

At the end of the semester you may see assignments that have not been completed by the students. In order for the Gradebook to properly calculate the final course grade, all assignments need to be graded for each student. You may enter zeros one by one or use the Autocomplete feature to enter zeros for any assignments that have not been completed.

  1. From the Universal Navigation Bar, click CLASS GRADES under the INSTRUCTOR TOOLS or GRADEBOOK menu.

  2. Click a student name.
  3. Under the Grade column click any score or dashes.
  4. Scroll down and click "Automated Grading."

  5. On the Autocomplete Grades page you have the option to enter a grade for the entire class or the student you are currently viewing. Select zero from the Percent drop down menu. Click AutoComplete to apply the grade for any assignments that have not been completed.

    WARNING: Please use this feature only at the end of the semester. There is no un-do for this feature.
