Applied Music helps students strengthen performance skills on their chosen instrument or voice while supporting the curricular needs of music majors and non-majors in higher education. Through structured online resources and one-on-one mentor sessions (access fees apply), students develop technique, repertoire, practice habits, and musicianship. The access fee covers tools such as online peer reviews, a practice video library, an online final jury, and more.
The Applied Music Program is:
- Designed to support NASM-aligned higher-education expectations.
- Approved with California Community College courses with C-ID.
- Built for progressive applied music study in U.S. higher education.
- Provides optional external pedagogical references.
